Andrew regularly advises and acts for clients in the banking and financial sectors and is intimately familiar with the depth and breadth of financial services regulation, and capital markets and their regulation. He has extensively advised and acted for clients in telecommunications, transport and logistics, insurance, manufacturing, health care, project development, agriculture (including specialised sectors such as tea, sugar and tobacco), real estate, international NGOs, energy, mining and oil industries. Frank, a founding member of our firm, serves as the Director of Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Dowell & Jones. With over 17 years of experience, he holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Malawi and an MBA. Frank specializes in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, employment, insurance, and private criminal prosecutions.
